Refund policy

Printables/Digital Products Policy:

Since your purchase is a digital file that automatically is sent on payment, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Physical Products Policy:

All products not digital are fufilled by a third party company. Please contact us if you have any problems. 

Damaged/Defective Items - Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 20 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. (if and as applicable).
